Janhvi Kapoor is slowly but surely establishing herself as a credible actress in the Bollywood industry. The South Indian actor Vijay Sethupathi is quite popular among the actress, and she has expressed numerous times how much she admires him.
Did you know that she phoned him after watching his film “Naanum Rowdy Dhaan,” which garnered a lot of positive attention? That is indeed how it should be interpreted!
During an interview with a news website, Janhvi revealed that she is a significant admirer of the actor. When the actress had finished watching “Naanum Rowdy Dhaan” for the hundredth time, she realised that somebody knew his phone number.
She made a note of his number and then dialled it to speak with him. After that, Janhvi shared with him over the phone that she is a tremendous admirer of his work and that she would jump at the chance to collaborate with him if he ever had a part that was suited for her.
Janhvi let it slip that when he received the call, all he could do was repeat the phrase “aiyo aiyo” over and over again. She also stated that she was unsure as to whether he was unhappy or just timid.
She mentioned that Vijay appeared astonished as a result of the fact that she was so straightforward with him. The actor appeared to be somewhat taken aback.
On the professional front, the next project that Vijay will be working on is Atlee’s “Jawan,” which also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara.
In addition to this, you can catch him alongside Katrina Kaif in the film “Merry Christmas,” which was directed by Sriram Raghavan. On the other hand, Janhvi will be appearing in the upcoming film “Bawaal” directed by Nitesh Tiwari alongside Varun Dhawan.
