Koratala Siva wrote and directed the action-drama film Acharya movie collection Worldwide, which was released in 2022 in Indian Telugu. Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Production Company produced the film. Along with Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, Pooja Hegde plays the titular character.
The soundtrack was composed by Mani Sharma and the cinematography was helmed by Tirru. ‘Outbreak’ was released in October of this year.
The first phase of principal photography began in January 2020, although the production was delayed due to COVID-19 outbreaks. On 29 April 2022, Acharya was released to mixed to negative reviews, generally praising the screenplay but criticizing the weak narrative.

Storyline
Located in the heart of the Siddhavanam forest, Dharmasthali and the nearby hamlet of Padaghattam are two temple villages that are worth seeing. It is their shared principles and devotion to the goddess, Gattamma, that bind Dharmasthali and Padaghattam together.
Basava, the local municipal chairman, rules over Dharmasthali with an iron fist and a despotic hand. Rathod and his brother would receive mining rights to the estates of Dharmasthali and Padaghattam, which he wants to transfer to them.
It is because of Basava’s ruthless dictatorship that the residents of Padaghattam, who are well-known for their expertise in Ayurvedic medicine, begin to visit Dharmasthali less regularly and eventually stop altogether. Naxals masquerade as carpenters when they arrive in Dharmasthali, and this is how Achar comes to be.
He begins retaliating against Basava in order to put an end to the crimes that he has performed against the villagers. It is revealed that Achar travelled to Dharmasthali in order to fulfil a promise made to him by his best friend, Siddha, in which he informs the villagers of Dharmasthali about Siddha’s background and origin.
In the past, Siddha was a follower of the local Gurukul and a staunch supporter of Dharma and its teachings. Basava and the other males from the hamlet, in addition to him, are students at the Gurukul alongside him.
Basava concocts a scheme with Rathod’s brother and a friend to demolish the village’s Gattamma Temple under the guise of flooding caused by severe rain in order to begin mining operations in the area. Basava’s scheme is discovered by Siddha, who confronts the trio on the night they plan to demolish the temple.
Siddha is killed by Basava. During the ensuing pandemonium, he sustains serious injuries, which are treated in the neighbouring Siddhavanam forest, where Achar tells him where Siddha comes from. After being taken to the forest for treatment, he is returned to the city.
Siddha is the son of Comrade Shankar, Achar’s Naxal squadron leader, and his parents are both killed during a gunfight with local law enforcement officers. Immediately before passing away, a young Achar promises Shankar to spread awareness about their fight for Dharma among Siddha.
In order to safeguard him, Achar transfers custody of the newborn Siddha to Adanna, who will raise him in Dharmasthali. As Siddha grows older, Achar keeps an eye on him and protects him from a distance.
Following his discovery of his roots, Siddha agrees to be accepted into Acharya’s Naxal team. On a quest to rescue Adivasi children who had been forcibly kidnapped away by Rathod’s soldiers to work as child labour in his mines, Sidha comes upon a plan for the area to be blasted for mining purposes, which includes the lands near Padaghattam and Dharmasthali.
Siddha decides to investigate. When Siddha returns to his village in order to put a stop to the mining, he runs upon Rathod’s thugs, who are on Rathod’s orders to kill Achar and his squad. Siddha is shot and killed by Rathod’s henchman, Khilla, while attempting to finish them off with Acha.
Khilla is then slain by Achar. Before passing away, Achar makes a vow to Siddha that he will safeguard the community and put a stop to the illicit mining that Basava and Rathod have planned. Because of the revelations of Siddha’s background, Achar is taken into custody by the local police.
Meanwhile, Basava and Rathod devise a plan to exterminate the entire village at the festival of Gattamma. Between then and now, Acha’s squad has successfully expelled him from the police convoy while he is being transported to the station.
Following this, he murders every one of Rathod’s henchmen and Rathod’s brother before killing both Rathod and Basava in a single blow. After coming to terms with Siddha’s death, Achar bids farewell to Padaghattam and Dharmasthali and returns to the jungle with his squad in order to carry on Siddha’s tradition of protecting Dharma and fighting for justice.
