Finally making their romance public, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot in Khandala, India, in front of only the people who were most important to them, including their families and friends. On the day of her wedding, Athiya wore a rose-pink lehenga that made her appear absolutely stunning.

Do you know how long it takes to produce a lehenga by hand? The answer is 10,000 hours. That is indeed how it should be interpreted! Designer Anamika Khanna discussed the inspiration for the ensemble and where she got the concept.

It was reported that she remarked something along the lines of, “She said that Athiya was the one who gave her the idea for the dress.” “Athiya’s taste is really refined, delicate, and lovely,” Anamika was quoted as adding.

I really wanted to build something unique for her that would reflect the fact that she was going to be the bride, but she wasn’t going to be the type of bride who sits back and allows everything else to take the spotlight. I believe that she is keenly conscious of the forceful nature of her personality.

Then she continued by saying, “The lehenga isn’t drawing attention to itself in any way, but it’s just so her.” It is reasonable to assume that she will not become bored of wearing this ensemble in the years to come.

Athiya accessorised her already stunning appearance with a maang tikka, a choker necklace, bangles, and earrings to bring the whole thing together in a refined manner. The wedding couple is rumoured to have plans to host a large party for their Bollywood and cricket buddies after the conclusion of the IPL tournament.
